The Spare Parts Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day spare parts operation at the Ashford warehouse. This includes managing stock and orders, developing new business, and acting as a contact for spare parts in KLEEMANN UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor spare parts stock, including parts received from Greece and replacement items
- Communicate with customers and prepare quotations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Grow spare parts revenue year on year
- Prepare and dispatch customer orders
- Handle pallets and warehouse equipment safely
- Support the spare parts e-shop
- Coordinate with the Spare Parts team of KLEEMANN Hellas and Group After Sales colleagues
Requirements
- Experience in spare parts, warehouse or after sales operations
- University or technical degree (Logistics, Economics)
- Customer service skills and experience preparing quotations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commercial acumen and achievement orientation
- Excelent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ERP systems
- Ability to handle pallets and use warehouse equipment
- Experience in the lift/elevator industry
- Familiarity with stock management systems
