We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support the smooth running of our sales and operations processes. This role is key in ensuring jobs are accurately processed, documented, and communicated across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and process incoming jobs in a timely manner
- Create and compile comprehensive job packs with all required documentation
- Allocate jobs to the relevant engineers, teams, or departments
- Notify responsible personnel of new job allocations via email, including issuing job reference (R) numbers
- Maintain accurate records of job progress and updates
- Act as a central point of coordination between sales, service, and operations teams
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with company procedures and deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
