A growing healthcare data and analytics company is seeking a Data Product Lead / Product Manager to help shape and scale a portfolio of high-value data products used across healthcare, life sciences, research, insurance, and financial services. What You'll Be Doing

  • Product Strategy & Leadership
    • Own and drive the evolution of key data products throughout their lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.

  • Product Development & Technical Delivery
    • Create detailed product requirements and technical specifications for engineering and data science teams.
    • Work closely with data engineers, software engineers, and data scientists to deliver scalable, high-quality products.
    • Validate new features and product enhancements through testing and stakeholder feedback.
    • Contribute to architecture and design discussions, balancing technical constraints with business objectives.
    • Ensure products are developed with strong foundations in data quality, compliance, auditability, and scalability.
  • Customer & Market Engagement
    • Engage directly with customers, partners, and subject matter experts to gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
    • Act as a product expert, communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Support customer success and issue resolution activities.
  • Team & Culture

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Technical Product Management.
