We’re partnering with a fast‑growing, mission‑driven technology company operating at the intersection of healthcare, data rights and compliance. Their platform helps organisations safely manage the rights, obligations and contractual requirements associated with healthcare data — an area typically complex, fragmented and difficult to navigate. Having successfully launched their V1 product and now expanding into AI‑powered features, attestations and deeper automation, the team is looking for a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to join them as they scale. This is an opportunity to shape an early product, contribute to architectural direction, and work on meaningful challenges that blend technology, regulation and real‑world user needs.
The Role
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of product features across the frontend, backend and infrastructure.
- Design and build core user‑facing functionality that directly impacts customers.
- Make architectural decisions that ensure the platform scales with complexity.
- Collaborate with product, design, legal and data stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into elegant solutions.
