Reed Financial Planning is a trusted, client-focused financial planning firm based in West Linton, on the outskirts of Edinburgh. They provide tailored financial advice and planning solutions to individuals, families, and businesses, helping them secure a confident financial future. The experienced team pride themselves on excellent service, building long-term relationships, and supporting clients through every stage of their financial journey. This is a pivotal role supporting the Financial Planning Consultants and Advice Support team, ensuring the smooth running of the office and delivering outstanding client service. This full-time, on-site position is based in West Linton, offering the chance to work closely with senior colleagues and play an important part in the continued success of a respected financial planning firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Financial Planning Consultants and the Advice Support team
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and organise appointments
- Prepare, format, and process client documents, reports, and financial statements
- Act as first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate client records and files in line with regulatory standards
- Liaise with clients and external providers to ensure excellent service delivery
- Support compliance documentation and reporting requirements
- Assist with updating internal systems, data entry, and office processes

- Proven experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment
