We’re seeking a Purchasing Manager to establish and manage supply chain. This role will involve building supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials into production. You’ll have the chance to create purchasing systems from the ground up, making a direct impact on the company’s success and growth. This role will be central to keeping the operations running smoothly – covering purchasing, finance, stock control, logistics coordination, and wider business support.
The Role
- Manage supplier sourcing, purchasing, and order management
- Oversee goods receipt, stock control, and logistics coordination
- Process invoices, expenses, and maintain financial records
- Support compliance documentation and record-keeping
- Provide general administrative support to the team and facilities
- Work closely with our Director of Finance on weekly calls and reporting

About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
- At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing, administration, finance, or logistics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero or Revolut (desirable)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience in a regulated or clinical environment is a plus, but not essential.
