ElectraDx is an innovative startup developing affordable, user‑friendly diagnostic platforms for community and home use. Their products deliver rapid, precise, and actionable test results that improve health outcomes.

We are seeking a Process Technician to help optimise and refine the processes that will scale our technology into production. You’ll work closely cross‑functionally to test, monitor, and validate new processes, optimise yields and efficiencies to ensure reliability and quality at every step. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.

The Role

  • Monitor and optimise manufacturing processes for diagnostic products
  • Analyse process data and identify improvements for efficiency and yield
  • Develop and validate process parameters and control limits
  • Support process scale‑up and transfer from R&D into Operations
  • Maintain accurate process documentation, SOPs, and batch records
  • Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions
  • Support process validation, equipment qualification, and environmental monitoring
  • Train production staff on process requirements and best practices
  • Carry out basic maintenance of manufacturing equipment

About You

  • At least 2 years’ experience in process engineering or manufacturing in a regulated environment (pharma, medical devices, etc.)
  • Knowledge of GMP/GLP standards; experience with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 is an advantage
  • Familiarity with process optimization, validation, and statistical analysis
  • Ability to interpret technical data and drawings
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with lean or Six Sigma methodologies (desirable)
