My client is a leading biotechnology company providing microbiology services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, oil & gas, and food & drinks industries. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships while supporting onboarding of new clients across microbiology and molecular biology services. You’ll play a critical role in driving sales revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the business.

This role requires a blend of consultative sales, account management, and operational coordination — ideal for someone passionate about biotechnology and building lasting client partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in account management or customer success, preferably within biotech, life sciences, or technical services sectors.
  • Experience selling microbiology or molecular biology services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven mindset.
