A growing healthcare data and analytics company is seeking a Data Product Lead / Product Manager to help shape and scale a portfolio of high-value data products used across healthcare, life sciences, research, insurance, and financial services. What You'll Be Doing
- Product Strategy & Leadership
- Own and drive the evolution of key data products throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Translate customer needs, market intelligence, and industry trends into actionable product initiatives.
- Product Development & Technical Delivery
- Create detailed product requirements and technical specifications for engineering and data science teams.
- Work closely with data engineers, software engineers, and data scientists to deliver scalable, high-quality products.
- Validate new features and product enhancements through testing and stakeholder feedback.
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions, balancing technical constraints with business objectives.
- Ensure products are developed with strong foundations in data quality, compliance, auditability, and scalability.
- Customer & Market Engagement
- Engage directly with customers, partners, and subject matter experts to gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
- Act as a product expert, communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support customer success and issue resolution activities.
- Team & Culture
- Help build a collaborative, customer-focused product culture.
- Champion best practices in product management, data governance, and delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Technical Product Management.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, analytics products, or SaaS solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience balancing commercial objectives with technical delivery considerations.
Desirable
- Experience working with healthcare, life sciences, clinical, insurance, or regulated data environments.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, privacy, and security principles.
