Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and shared resources across the business.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular updates to leadership teams.
- Drive accountability across project stakeholders to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
- Contribute to the continued development and maturity of the PMO function.
You will ideally have
- Degree qualification in a scientific, engineering, manufacturing or related discipline.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Background leading cross-functional teams within a matrix organisation.
- Experience within life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of project methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- A structured and disciplined approach to planning and execution.
- The confidence to challenge constructively while maintaining strong working relationships.
Professional project management qualifications (APM, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent) would be advantageous.
