Purpose of the role: The Logistics Operative is a shift role within the Logistics Team, reporting to the Logistics Operational Team Leader. The role involves operational materials handling, loading, and inventory movements within the warehouse and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Driving FLTs, moving finished goods, loading and unloading vehicles.
- Using pallet wrapping and exchange equipment.
- Stock cycle counting.
- Workplace organisation (5S) and housekeeping.
- Challenging poor behaviours and unsafe practices.
- Problem solving as needed.
- Training in WMS for all stock movements.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Experience: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above.
