  • Comfortable navigating strategic deals with multiple stakeholders and complex buying processes with enterprise global organisations.
  • Experienced in technical selling—able to communicate value with clarity and confidence.
  • Knowledge of the marketing automation or CDP space is a plus.
  • Resilient in the face of challenges and energized by a fast-moving environment.

  • From first touch to signed agreement, you’ll own the full sales cycle—partnering closely with teams across Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive long-term value for our customers.
  • You’ll be selling to companies like Nestle, Unilever, Bayer, Paul Smith, LVMH & Castore. It’s a big responsibility—and a bigger opportunity.
  • Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
  • Continuously experiment with AI tools—testing, learning, and sharing insights to keep the team and organization ahead of the curve, as well as championing new applications that accelerate workflows and elevate quality responsibly.
  • Apply AI fluency to streamline work, reallocate saved time and reinvest into more meaningful, high-impact areas.
  • Build and grow Klaviyo’s Enterprise client base.
  • Drive full-cycle sales efforts: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Create and execute territory and account strategies for long-term growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver a world-class buying experience.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership across the AE team.
  • Share market insights with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions.
