- Your GTM clients report a measurably better partnership experience as Klaviyo scales across EMEA.
- People and org decisions are grounded in data and reflect a clear point of view, not just process.

- Experience working with works councils or other employee representative bodies across EMEA markets.
Business Partnering Across Distance
- Proven ability to build trust and deliver impact with leaders based outside your own location, managing relationships primarily through remote and cross-border ways of working.

- Ability to coach leaders and managers at all levels on personal and team development.
