Klaviyo in London (Hybrid: 3 days in office) seeks a Sr HR Business Partner - EMEA to own and execute the HRBP Playbook, partnering with leaders across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and the broader EMEA region, coaching leaders and employees to align teams with business goals and strengthen culture through learning, talent and performance.

You will support GTM teams across EMEA Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partnerships, bringing strong employment law expertise.
