Klaviyo in London is expanding its global HR leadership and seeks a Senior HR Business Partner - EMEA. You will own the HRBP playbook, partner with UK, Ireland, France, Germany and the broader EMEA region, coaching leaders and employees to align teams with business objectives and nurture learning, talent management and performance culture.

The role focuses on GTM teams across Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships, applying employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
