At Klaviyo, a Partner Sales Specialist’s mission is to help drive Klaviyo’s vision forward by building & deepening relationships with new partners in focus regions. As thePartner Sales Specialist for Northern Europe , you will focus on sourcing, activating, and enabling new partners within your region, including marketing agencies and systems integrators. You will leverage different sources – including marketing leads, direct outreach, event engagement, current inactive partners or new partners application – to establish these relationships. Your ultimate goal will be to prepare and activate partners before they transition to the managed team for ongoing growth.
You will use consultative skills to understand each partner’s unique business model and identify ways Klaviyo can drive growth for them and their clients. Additionally, you will articulate Klaviyo’s unique value, differentiate it from competitors, and position our partner program to align with each partner’s specific goals, business model, and profile, establishing the groundwork for a productive, collaborative partnership.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate closely with Partner Account Managers to map, identify, and onboard high-potential new partners.
- Research and vet new inbound agencies to identify high quality partners.
- Educate new partners on the Klaviyo partner program
- Train new partners on how to best leverage the tools and enablement resources available through the partner program to help them best serve their clients and grow their own businesses
- Surface new business opportunities for the sales team through the rapid response to and qualification of inbound leads from our partners
- Ensure partners are engaged with our onboarding program
- Partner closely with Support, Customer Success, and the direct Sales team to ensure an exceptional partner experience.
Travel
- Up to 25% including partner meetings and events in the UK and the rest of Europe.
Who You Are
- Have 2+ years of work experience, preferably in an account manager, onboarding, or sales role at another marketing technology company.
- Skilled in collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to introduce and educate partners on Klaviyo’s platform enhancements.
- Have a positive outlook and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in managing high-volume, high-velocity partner activations and multiple relationships simultaneously.
- Willing and able to travel across the UK and the rest of Europe.
- Curious, organized, engaging, and energetic
