Klaviyo Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead its Commercial organization across Europe, reporting to the VP of EMEA Sales and overseeing a team of Sales Managers and Commercial Account Executives in Dublin and London, plus the Northern, Southern, and Central regions.

You will own the regional GTM strategy, build a high‑performing team, forecast performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Ops, Enablement, and Customer Success to drive significant growth across Europe.
