Team Leader Sampling & Brand Experience

Package: £16,845 to £18,365/annum OTE + 34p/mile
Hours: 21 hours per week over 3 days, (Part-Time, Permanent)
Schedule: Choose 3 days from Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
Territory: Clapham, Croydon, Islington, Richmond, Epsom and surrounds
Working for Smollan as Team Leader to support the Regional Field Manager on our Sampling team, ensuring consistent delivery throughout, and inspiring & creating a culture of coaching and people development within the region.
Your Mission:
- Lead with Passion: Supporting the Regional Field Manager, you will be the "boots on the ground" leader for our Sampling Team across the region.
- Inspire & Develop: Welcome new starters and provide hands-on coaching to help existing staff reach their full potential.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build "first-name" rapport with Store Managers to ensure our sampling activations run flawlessly.
- Quality Control: Use your sharp eye for detail to guarantee every brand experience meets our elite standards.
- Drive Performance: Instill a "can-do" culture, ensuring every activity delivers a massive return for our customers.
