Contract: Zero Hours
Days: Thursdays to Sundays
Shifts: 10:30am – 3:30pm or 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Package: £14.34/hour (includes holiday pay) + performance-based incentives
Role summary: Brand Ambassadors deliver engaging in-store sampling experiences that inspire shoppers and showcase leading products, including alcoholic beverages on some shifts.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store to promote and sample drink and food products, including alcoholic beverages on some shifts
- Communicate product benefits confidently and accurately
- Drive sales by providing an enjoyable and informative customer experience
- Represent premium brands with energy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Are comfortable handling and sampling alcohol products when required
- Are reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Enjoy engaging with the public
- Are enthusiastic about food and retail
- Have experience in promotions, events, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
