What\’s the role about?

Pay: £13.68/hour (including holiday pay) plus mileage reimbursement at 32p/mile.

Location: Barnstaple, Devon.

Access to your own reliable vehicle is essential as you will frequently take point‑of‑sale (PoS) promotional displays into multiple stores and set them up for maximum impact.

We\’re looking for enthusiastic, detail‑oriented merchandisers to help bring our clients\’ brands to life in‑store. As part of our dynamic and supportive team, you\’ll ensure products are perfectly presented, shelves are stocked, and displays inspire customers.

If you already work as a tactical merchandiser, or have great retail experience (especially in supermarkets) and want to pick up additional store visits where you control which work you accept and when on the day you do it, then we really want to hear from you.

What You Need

• Proven experience as a merchandiser within field marketing or retail experience.
• Own vehicle and storage space for flatpacks/marketing point‑of‑sale.
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and proactiveness.
