As part of our ambitious growth, we are looking for a SEO Manager to join our team and take ownership of our SEO function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make a real impact and grow with us as we expand.

The Role

As an SEO Specialist, you will focus on executing and optimising SEO strategies to improve the visibility and performance of client websites. This role is technical and content-driven, requiring proficiency in on-page, off-page, and WordPress management. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing account management and strategic insights to help drive their success.

Responsibilities:

  • On-Page SEO: Optimise website structure, meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content to improve search rankings.
  • Off-Page SEO: Assist in link-building campaigns, identify outreach opportunities, and maintain high-quality backlink profiles.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct audits, resolve crawl errors, optimise site speed, and ensure mobile-friendliness and indexing best practices.
  • Manage and update client websites using WordPress, ensuring they adhere to SEO best practices.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Assist in developing SEO-focused content strategies, including blogs, landing pages, and resource hubs.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Create detailed performance reports, explaining progress and next steps to clients.
  • Support account management by communicating directly with clients, answering questions, and aligning on objectives.

About You

We’re looking for a skilled and driven individual ready to make their mark in a fast-growing agency. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and want to play a pivotal role in our success, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation.
  • Proficiency in WordPress website management, including implementing technical fixes and optimising content.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta optimisation, and site audits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience working on paid search campaigns is a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience in an agency or working with healthcare clients is a bonus but not essential.

Why Join Klatch?

  • Career Growth: Be part of a fast-growing agency where your contributions matter and your ideas are valued.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work in a supportive, transparent environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
