The Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in managing client relationships while helping drive measurable growth across our client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution — someone commercially aware, proactive, and confident, contributing across multiple areas of digital marketing. You’ll work closely with internal specialists across Paid Media, SEO, Content, Tracking, and Web, while acting as a strategic partner to clients and ensuring campaigns and projects continue moving forward effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communication across a portfolio of healthcare clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Lead performance discussions with clients, translating marketing data into clear insights, actions, and growth opportunities.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Paid Social, SEO, CRO, and website optimisation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns, content, websites, and tracking projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion rates, patient acquisition, and overall client performance.
  • Monitor account performance proactively, helping identify issues, bottlenecks, or opportunities before they become problems.
  • Produce clear, insight-led weekly and monthly reports, surfacing key trends, opportunities, and actions for both internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain strong organisational standards across client accounts, timelines, communication, and internal processes.

About You

We’re looking for someone commercially minded, proactive, and confident in managing both relationships and performance. You’ll enjoy working closely with clients, understand how digital marketing contributes to business growth, and be comfortable getting involved in implementation where needed. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to play a meaningful role in a fast-growing agency environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, account management, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one core channel, such as Google Ads, Paid Social, SEO, or CRO.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and how they connect to real business outcomes.
  • Confident in communicating directly with clients, leading conversations, and presenting performance insights clearly.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ambitious and growth-driven, with a genuine desire to continue learning and developing.
  • Interest in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries is a bonus.
