We partner with organisations of all sizes — from individual clinics to cross-border groups spanning the UK, US and Europe — creating campaigns and websites that improve patient journeys and drive measurable growth. Our team works out of a vibrant office on Palmeira Square in Hove and embraces a transparent, collaborative culture that empowers every team member to shape the agency’s future. As part of our ambitious growth, we’re looking for a Digital Content Executive to join our team.

You’ll support the delivery and optimisation of paid media across our client portfolio, working closely with (and reporting into) our Paid Media Manager.

The Role

As a Digital Content Executive, you’ll support the creation and execution of content across multiple channels, including websites, SEO content, social media, and short‑form video. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to create content that not only looks great, but drives engagement, enquiries, and measurable business outcomes. This is a fast‑paced role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable moving between creative production, content planning, and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Website & SEO Content: Create, upload, and optimise website content across landing pages, service pages, blogs, and campaign pages, while supporting SEO, CRO, and user experience improvements across client websites.
  • Social Media Content: Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including static graphics, carousel posts, captions, and community engagement.
  • Video & Creative: Film, brief and edit short‑form video content, including Reels, TikToks, UGC‑style content, and paid social creatives, while supporting storyboarding, scripting, photography, and creative asset production for campaigns.
  • Website Management & Reporting: Manage and update WordPress/CMS content, maintain brand tone of voice across accounts, and support wider campaign execution through organised content planning and collaboration with internal teams.

About You

We’re looking for someone proactive, very organised, and eager to improve. You’ll enjoy working across multiple accounts, care about the details, and be comfortable getting stuck into data and platforms day‑to‑day.

Requirements:

  • 1‑3 year’s experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or a similar creative role
  • Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Understanding of social‑first content and platform trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience editing video content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation
  • Ability to create both static and video‑based creative assets
  • Strong organisation and content planning skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Photography, videography, or paid social creative experience is a strong bonus

Why Join Klatch?

  • Career Growth: Be part of a fast‑growing agency where your contributions matter and your ideas are valued.
  • Creative Ownership: Play a key role in shaping content and creative across a growing portfolio of healthcare brands.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work in a supportive, transparent environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Impact: Create campaigns and content that genuinely help healthcare businesses grow.
  • Hybrid Working: Enjoy flexibility, with 3 days a week in our vibrant Hove office.
  • Strategic Involvement: Have a seat at the table and contribute ideas that shape Klatch’s future direction.
  • Continuous Learning: Access to ConversionXL membership and dedicated learning time to grow your skills.
  • Future Security: Pension contribution (if applicable) to support your long‑term plans.
