Role Summary

We’re looking for a Lead Demand Generator to own and drive outbound pipeline creation across our target markets. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on originating qualified opportunities for our consulting and AI solutions. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospects, as well as creating a strong, consistent pipeline for the commercial team to convert. This role suits someone who thrives in consultative sales environments and is highly proactive.

    • 8+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or demand generation
    • Proven track record in outbound pipeline creation, ideally in consulting, tech, or AI-related environments
    • Strong understanding of consultative sales and complex deal cycles
    • Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations at senior levels
    • Tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies
    • Experience with sales methodologies/training
    • Strong communication and messaging skills
    • Highly self-driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented
