As a Manager, you will take end-to-end accountability for multi-stream technology transformation programmes. You will provide integrated delivery leadership across programmes, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical execution and commercial performance in digital and AI-enabled initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream transformation programmes, accountable for scope, outcomes and overall delivery performance.
- Actively intervene to resolve complex delivery, stakeholder and integration challenges.
- Manage executive-level client stakeholders, driving alignment and informed decision-making.
- Own programme governance, including financial oversight, risk management and delivery reporting.
- Contribute to commercial growth through proposal leadership, scoping and estimation.
- 6+ years’ experience in enterprise transformation or consulting roles, including leadership of multi-stream initiatives within the commercial sector.
- Demonstrated track record of hands-on programme delivery within front-office or back-office enterprise platform implementations (e.g. CRM, ERP, HRIS, analytics or AI).
- Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and resolve complex delivery or integration challenges.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear delivery direction.
- Experience leading blended onshore/offshore teams.
- Experience supporting sales strategy and business development initiatives.
- Expertise in a complementary capability (e.g. programme assurance, IT operating model design, enterprise architecture).
