Role Summary
As a Consultant, you will work alongside senior team members to help clients modernise critical business processes and systems. You will contribute to analysis, solution design and implementation across digital transformation programmes, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms and AI-enabled delivery approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities and define clear requirements.
- Facilitate client workshops to align stakeholders on priorities and delivery plans.
- Support system configuration, testing, deployment and user adoption.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve delivery efficiency.
- Monitor risks and issues to maintain delivery momentum.
Must-Have Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience supporting business change, system implementation or project delivery environments.
- Curious and flexible, able to adapt to evolving requirements and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical capability, including Excel-based analysis.
- Fluent in using PowerPoint for executive-ready communications.
- Commercial sector consulting experience, e.g. for hospitality, retail, or leisure clients.
- Working knowledge of front-office or back-office platforms (e.g. CRM, ERP, HRIS) gained through implementation or transformation projects.
- Demonstrated interest in applying AI tools to analysis, automation or delivery tasks.
- Familiarity with structured methodologies (e.g. Agile, Prince2, ITIL).
