What You Will Do
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of Klarna’s integrations with Payment Service Provider (PSP) partners, working hands‑on across the full implementation lifecycle from scoping and solution design to go‑live and ongoing optimization. In this position, you will work directly with PSP partners as the primary delivery contact, supporting complex integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding partners through acquiring flows, payment processing models, and system dependencies. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to define integration scope, resolve blockers, and ensure solutions meet Klarna’s technical, commercial, and regulatory standards. By building deep expertise in PSP architectures, card networks, and payment infrastructure, you will proactively monitor integration performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to evolving Klarna’s integration frameworks and best practices.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or system integration within payments, fintech, or a related industry
- Solid understanding of PSP business models, acquiring, card networks, and payment processing flows
- Hands‑on experience with integration standards and flows, including APIs, tokenisation, and settlement processes
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder integration projects with a structured and analytical approach
- Comfortable navigating both technical discussions with engineering teams and partner‑facing conversations with commercial stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear and actionable guidance
- High level of ownership and accountability, proactively identifying gaps and driving resolution
