Responsibilities include being totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach. Assist with the service of guests, ensuring all guests receive efficient, professional service at all times and exceeding their expectations. Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department. Have a strong knowledge of the hotel’s products and standards. Ensure all health and safety / food compliance is adhered to.
