We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to join our property team as Head of Property based at Klarent Head Office. This role will be responsible for property related matters within our portfolio of hotels.

The Role:

  • Reporting directly into the Group Director of Property Development, the Head of Property will be responsible for construction projects, maintenance strategy, estate management issues and identify opportunities to add value to the estate.
  • Work with our investors to deliver key projects.
  • Oversee Health & Safety within the organisation.
  • Work closely with development and delivery teams to support them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage maintenance spend within the estate.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly proficient and extensive experience with Mechanical and electrical hotel systems.
  • Experience in working with a variety of contractors, designers and other construction related consultants.
  • Strong leadership skills in all areas of the business with the ability to provide clear direction and influence where required.
  • Ability to manage competing interests and conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent personal branding and focus on standards.
  • Hospitality experience is desirable.
