The programme is a 2-year experience designed to develop future hospitality leaders. You will spend two years at different properties in the UK/Ireland, gaining knowledge of hotel operations, support functions, commercial awareness, and leadership skills. You will receive coaching from industry experts and mentoring from senior management, supporting your personal and professional development. Your innovation and curiosity will be key in helping implement key business projects to shape the company\’s future.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone passionate about the operational aspects of hospitality, with enthusiasm for variety—from working in our fast-paced Food & Beverage Department to providing first-class customer service in our Front Office.
• An insight into the exciting world of hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to work and live anywhere in the UK/Ireland and to relocate after the first year.
• Degree or in the process of obtaining a degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism discipline by September 2025.
• Right to work in the UK/Ireland for the duration of the programme.
• Availability to start in September 2025.
• Ready to develop and grow with Klarent Hospitality in this exciting opportunity.
