  • Be the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and guests to ensure a smooth experience
  • Welcome guests politely and demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Maintain a visible presence within your working area
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer requests and queries
  • Learn from complaints to improve future service
  • Handle guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring satisfaction
