Responsibilities
- Supports the F&B team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Works in various areas such as Bar, Restaurant, Breakfast, Room Service, Conference and Events
- Acts as the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and guests to ensure a smooth and memorable experience
- Welcomes guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service
- Maintains a visible presence within the working area
- Responds promptly and effectively to all customer requests and queries
- Learns from points of complaint to enhance future customer service
- Deals with guest complaints and reacts in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Has good insight knowledge of the hotel and its products
About the Hotel
DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North is located 8 miles from Bristol city centre and offers easy access from both the M4 and M5 motorways.
