Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Manager to join our dynamic team.
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing the Leisure Department, managing daily operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and overseeing financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner.
- Recruit, develop and lead a strong team within the Leisure Department.
- Manage the daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the Leisure Department.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
- Oversee the financial performance by managing budgets and controlling costs.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Passion for Health and Fitness.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to perform under pressure and multi-task.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a Leisure Manager or similar role.
