Supervise and coordinate front office staff. Ensure high levels of guest or client satisfaction through prompt and courteous service. Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement. Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Manage scheduling, training, and performance of front office team. Maintain office supplies and appearance of the front desk area. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks.

The Person:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and front desk software (Property Management Systems and ONQ)
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
