Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out.
  • Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages and other general product knowledge.
  • Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislation.
