Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department
  • Recruit, train and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver a high standard of service
  • Monitor occupancy levels and bookings, as well as ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the rooms
  • Handle guest queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage budgets, stock control and the ordering of supplies
