The Role
- Leisure Operative will be to provide exceptional service to our members and guests in the Health club.
- Meeting and greeting members and guests at the health club reception desk
- Managing and assisting with membership enquiries
- Helping guests on the gym floor, supervising the pool and general cleaning of the facilities
- Working within Health & Safety, COSHH, statutory legal obligations
- Exceptional customer service
- Monitor and supervise the pool
