The Person
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Experience of OnQ, Micros & SAP
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- High-level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers
The Role
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Ensure all payment deadlines are met
- Support the management of all account inquiries and disputes
- Ensure cash handling process is being followed including float counts.
- Balance accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Build accurate financial reports and identify discrepancies
- Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by the General Manager
