The Person
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leading role, preferably in a night shift setting
- Confident communicator
- Strong leadership skills
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
The Role
- To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
- To assist and support the Night Manager in overseeing the night operations and duties of the hotel.
- Supervise the night team and support them with training and guidance.
- Complete and file night reports and shift handovers accurately.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, by conducting checks and night walks.
