Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front desk operations
- Be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Assist in managing the front‑office staff, and support onboarding and training of new employees
- Assist in front‑office operations, from scheduling staff, ensuring procedures are followed and monitoring and managing daily revenue reports
