We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!

DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North is proudly managed by Klarent Hospitality. We are located conveniently with easy access from the M4 and M5 motorways, close to Bristol city centre, attractions, museums and corporate clients. The hotel features Eight meeting and banquet rooms offering flexible space for events with up to 180 guests and a scenic outdoor courtyard for photographs and summer events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all F&B outlets to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Support inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Maximise sales and revenue opportunities across the Food and Beverage department.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain a positive team environment.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

  • A customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
