The Role;

  • As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will support and assist the Food and Beverage Manager

  • Manage operations of all Food and Beverage outlets and deliver an excellent Guest Experience

  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service

  • Ensure compliance of brand standards and where possible exceeding brand expectations

  • Develop, manage, and train the Food and Beverage team

  • Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food Costs, Liquor Costs and Payroll

  • Support with beverage control procedures and stocktaking

  • Maximimise sales and revenue opportunities across Food and Beverage

  • Support with appraisals and performance reviews with teams under your responsibility

  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

  • Passionate and willingness to learn
