The Role

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front desk operations
  • Be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Assist in managing the front office staff, and support with onboarding and training new employees
  • Assist in the Front Office operations, from scheduling staff, ensuring procedures are followed and monitoring and managing daily revenue reports
