The Role
- To lead the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department
- Recruit, train and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver a high standard of service
- Monitor occupancy levels and bookings, as well as ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the rooms
- Handle guest queries in a professional and timely manner
- Manage budgets, stock control and the ordering of supplies
