Klarent Hospitality operates branded hotels in key locations across the UK and Ireland. We will nurture talent and smart investment to drive superior performance and growth.

The Role

  • Generate leads to convert into new members
  • Conduct tours of the health club to prospective members
  • Complete follow up calls to prospective members
  • Membership system administration including direct debit rejection calls, annual renewals and general enquiries
  • Follow all membership joining and administration tasks to a high standard, ensuring attention to detail
