  • Complaint Handling skills
  • Experience in Cash Handling
  • Able to work various shift patterns - morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends

The Role:

  • Serving food and drink in the restaurant and bar outlets whilst providing excellent customer service.
  • Have a visible presence within the restaurant to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly manner.
  • To up sell products where possible.
  • Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Policy.
  • To assist with the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department.
