About the role:
We are recruiting a Public Area Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel including lobby, guest fitness centre, laundry, corridors, and stairwells. You may also assist with cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities.
- Clean public areas and bathrooms
- Vacuum corridors and stairways
- Change and replenish towels and amenities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks
- Restock and maintain cleaning trolley daily
- Report missing or damaged items for repair or replacement
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Be environmentally conscious and dispose of waste properly
- Manage guest requests efficiently
- Follow security, fire, and health & safety regulations
- Handle lost property procedures
- Assist other departments and maintain good relationships
