The Role:

• Support team in delivering outstanding customer service
• Work in various areas such as bar, restaurant, breakfast, room service, or conference and events
• Be the face of the outlet, ensuring smooth communication between kitchen and guests
• Greet guests politely and provide excellent service
• Maintain a visible presence and respond promptly to guest requests
• Learn from complaints to improve service quality
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and courteously to ensure satisfaction
• Have good knowledge of hotel services and products
