The Person:
- Previous Experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, or a similar role
- Confident Communicator
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, food safety and health regulations
The Role:
- Ensure the high quality and performance of all food and beverage outlets
- Recruit, train and manage the food and beverage team, whilst fostering a culture of excellent service and teamwork
- Manage department budgets and forecasts
- Ensure all customers receive an exceptional standard of service
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering of supplies, and managing stock control to minimize waste.
