The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service. This role requires supervising day-to-day operations, supporting team development, and driving performance in line with company objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to enhance guest experiences, maximise revenue, and uphold our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive financial performance through exceptional service delivery and meaningful guest engagement
  • Manage purchasing, forecasting, and stock control to ensure operational efficiency
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to maximise sales opportunities and revenue
  • Oversee effective scheduling aligned with productivity and service standards
  • Ensure all food and beverage offerings consistently meet luxury quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain strict controls over stock, cash handling, and equipment security
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns with professionalism, and enhance the overall guest experience
  • Coach, inspire, and recognise team members to build a high-performing culture
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating passion, integrity, and brand values at all times
  • Support the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with planning, succession, and hotel-wide initiatives.
